Privacy Policy

The short version: Aura Cycles collects no personal data. Nothing you enter leaves your device.

Nothing. Aura Cycles does not collect, store, transmit, or sell your personal data. There is no account, no login, and no cloud storage. We do not operate a database of user data because we never receive it.

Everything you enter in the app — your cycle dates, period length, symptoms, preferences, and any notes — is stored on your own device in local storage. It never gets uploaded to Aura's servers. You can delete it at any time with the "Clear my data" button in the app.

The Aura engine is deterministic: it computes your cycle calendar from the inputs you provide. In the native iOS app this computation runs entirely on your device, with no network calls to Aura. The web version computes your calendar response for you in the moment and does not retain it afterward.

When you first set up a calendar, we increment a single anonymous "calendars generated" counter. That counter is just a number — it contains no personal information and cannot be tied back to you.

If you choose to export your cycle to Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, Notion, or a Google Doc, that data is sent to those services by your choice and is governed by their respective privacy policies. Aura does not retain a copy.

None. Aura Cycles has no analytics SDK, no advertising, no trackers, and no third-party data processors. There is nothing to share, sell, or leak.

Aura Cycles is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect any information from anyone. Because the app collects no data at all, there is no information to collect from any age group.
